Research Tip

This is so cool. The pro-business Capital Research Center has a database that tracks corporate giving to non-profits. Go to http://www.capitalresearch.org/search/search.asp and check it out. The link is loaded into the Research Links on the left for those of you with the password.

The CRC started this project because they think that corporations should not give so much money to anti-business do-gooders. We appreciate their making it easier for us to prove how corporations prop up shells and shills that criticize Democrats.

How can we use this in our work? Say someone we are researching has a big business. Go to the CRC search page to find out if that business contributes to everything from the Trilateral Commission to Crisis Pregnancy Center. Use that head of yours, and you can think up a lot of uses for this site.

And it's free. Suckers.
